QUICK POST: Price comparison for Bright Eyeshadows (shipped to Australia)

This post is a bit of a work in progress, I'll continue to update if and as I find more options.

Essentially it spawned from my desire to get myself a palette of beautiful colourful eyeshadow in unconventional shades.  By which I mean everything from your brights to pastels to jewel tones.  I didn't really expect to get all of these in one but I thought at least a holiday release like the Kat von D Mi Vida Loca Remix palette of Holiday 2015 would come along to cover the basics.  Or perhaps the famed Sugarpill Pro Palette.

In lieu of this I have gone ahead and compared as many options as I can source (mainly indie brands) who are cruelty free (because that is all I will buy), offer bright shades and ship to Australia.

Comparison at 3/10/16

In red are shadows that are on the much higher end and in amber shadows that are high but something you might consider if they really speak to you.

I don't know the details for the newly announced Full Spectrum palette so I will update as info comes in.

So far the front runner for price per bright gram is Baroque however they don't offer a very wide range of shades.  Number 1 for price per bright shadow is the Shiro samples, followed by the Notoriously Morbid samples, followed by the My Pretty Zombies samples.

Personally I'm leaning towards Silk Naturals as they have a wide range of shades and finishes, offer a reasonable price and also Binding agent and pans if I want to go down the pressing road.

UPDATE: I have also found Devinah Cosmetics which offer pre-pressed pans.

Let me know what your recommendations are!  Have a lovely day,

Cassy
