REVIEW: RealTechniques Collector's Edition Sculpting Set
The RealTechniques Sculpting Set consists of three of their 'finishing' brush types. Each of the brushes can be bought separately so if you want one or two over the other/s.
All three have the pink colour coating the handles of all finishing brushes in their line, but these have a shiny, metallic finish meant to convince you they're special and collectable. They are quite pretty. They feature a black rubberised grip and the bristles are all synthetic and thus vegan. The bristles are all soft but not the fluffy duck down that you would get from much more expensive brushes.

First I'll give my thoughts on the 'sculpting brush'. This is my least favourite of the set but by no means do I dislike it. It's fairly dense and quite large with a rounded, oblong angled top. I wouldn't use this for contour but it works really well for foundation, powder and even concealer. I've also used it for blush though I prefer fluffier brushes for that. I don't bronze but if you do give it a go with this brush.
The next to talk over is the 'setting brush'. As the name implies the brush is great for setting powder under the eyes or anywhere else you need, though because it is on the smaller side it's better for targeted areas as opposed to your whole face. The bristles are shaped like the tip of an egg and are very fine at the white tips but by no means overly dense at the ferrule. I've also loved this for applying highlight and even a defined contour and I've seen it used for concealer too. Top brush!
Rounding this review out is the 'fan brush' which, per the name is a small fan brush which fits right along the length of by cheekbone. It's very thin/fine so don't use it for dense products as it simply won't pick them up. I use this with my one highlight: Becca Moonstone and I really enjoy the results.
OVERALL: I strongly recommend this set to makeup lovers who are venturing into the broader realm of 'face' makeup, particularly highlight. The brushes are quite soft and their respective densities suit their respective purposes. They're also cruelty-free and vegan and pretty little things. 4.5/5
